Dubai’s Newest Most Luxurious Property Already Paranoid About Losing Top Spot

The most luxurious property in Dubai, unveiled to the public just yesterday, has already admitted to being paranoid about a more luxurious property coming to take its crown.

The light and spacious 8-bedroom villa in the Emirates Hills, featuring a water feature in the courtyard and indoor swimming pool, admitted to reporters that it was worried its tenure as Dubai’s most luxurious property wouldn’t last long.

“Sure, I may have opulent facades, manicured gardens and a private spa featuring steam room and sauna bath, but if someone else shows up with all of this plus a slightly bigger separate chauffeur’s quarter that’s it, I’m number two,” it said.

“Just look at some of Dubai’s previous most luxurious properties,” it continued. “They all burst onto the scene, full of bravado, elegant contemporary furnishings and the exclusive touch of one of the world’s top interior designers, but where are they now? Not even top 50.”
