Jordanian aunt caught copy-pasting “So beautiful, mashallah” in relatives’ Facebook baby posts

AMMAN: A Jordanian woman was said to be “distraught” this morning after discovering that her auntie had been copy-pasting responses to family Facebook pictures.

Hind Leq, 34, posted a photo of her two-year-old playing in the recent snow onto the social networking site at 6.54pm last night, to which her relative commented “So beautiful, mashallah” just minutes later. But while looking through other photos online, the young mother says she was “shocked” to discover that the exact same comment had appeared under her sister’s family picture taken at the Taj Mall, a photo of her nephew’s first day at school and, most upsettingly, a baby picture of someone she didn’t even know.

“She was always my favourite aunt,” whined Leq. “But I don’t even get an original comment? How could she…”

Give her a break. I know for a fact she typed out each letter of the identical “Happy Birthday” notes she sent to all her relatives.
