    Congratulations to your reporter for spotting that the four button waistcoat would never have been worn in this period. Once again the PAE shows it is the only decent newspaper in the Middle East.

    One would also be aware that following on from the influence of King Edward whilst the flamboyant Prince of Wales started a fashion for leaving the bottom button undone on waist coats that survives to this day. Bravo PAE
