Pippa Middleton Skyscraper to be Built in Doha

Fans of the world’s most famous royal rear will be flocking to Doha soon, should the dreams of a Qatari billionaire property developer become reality.

The 360 al-Pippa skyscraper, due for completion in 2014, will be the “ultimate towering plate-glass tribute to the prettiest posterior on the planet,” according to Pert Properties CEO Asif Winnebago.

“My world changed upside down on Friday 29 April, 2011,” said Winnebago. “From that moment when the youngest Middleton sister first turned around, I knew it was destiny to build this fitting acknowledgement of her beauty.”

At 69 floors and 350 metres high, the 360 al-Pippa – which has already been nicknamed ‘The Arse’ by local residents – will have space for some 200 bootylicious residential apartments.

But residents won’t have to fight for a place on Pippa’s celebrated posterior – because architects have elected to keep the shape of her famous farter on all four sides of the iconic tower.

“Our unique design will ensure that the al-Pippa’s ladylike curves can be enjoyed from all angles,” scoffed Winnebago. “Nobody will miss out.”

Other features of the 360 al-Pippa will include the Badonkadonk Honkytonk jazz club, the Pain In The Arse French bakery and the Gluteus Maximus revolving restaurant.

“Dubai may have restaurants at the bottom of the ocean, but we’ll be the first to have one in an actual bottom!,” bragged Winnebago.

But not everyone is happy about that new tower. Local taxi drivers have complained that use of the word ‘backside’ could lead to confusions, while a local paper has condemned the project as “tasteless” under the headline ‘Has Doha Hit Rock Bottom’.

Miss Middleton could not be reached for comment last night, but a source close to the star said she was “alarmed”.
