Restaurants to start issuing customer satisfaction surveys about previous customer satisfaction surveys

Establishments hoping to discover public opinion of previous survey questions

DUBAI: Citing an increasing dissatisfaction over the customer satisfaction forms restaurant diners are required to complete after each meal served in the UAE, several establishments are to begin issuing satisfaction surveys asking customers about previous satisfaction forms.

“Truth be told, we’ve issued so many customer satisfaction forms over the years, it’s about time we really took a step back to ascertain how each one had been performing,” said Horatio Flambé, head of the Gulf Restaurants Federation.

“We’re really hoping that this new survey will help us discover which particular questions our diners had enjoyed, if there were any they hadn’t enjoyed and perhaps if they had any suggestions for questions we could include in future customer satisfaction surveys.”
