RIYADH: Officials were said to be “deeply embarrassed” yesterday after an administration error led to Sharon Stone being stoned to death in the Saudi capital.
According to reports, the incident occurred after an intern working in the Riyadh town hall put the actress’ documents in the wrong folder.
Stone had been visiting the Kingdom on a promotional tour for the launch of Basic Instinct 3D.

tsk, bureaucrats, what are they like eh! Anyway, I expect they’ll laugh about it at the town hall Christmas party and I’m sure Sharon’s family will also see the funny side of this administrative error.
