Sony Pictures having “second thoughts” about Al Qaeda gay rom-com

Production on Holy Moly Jihad! reportedly on hold

Following the ongoing hacking scandal at Sony Pictures linked to its now cancelled North Korea-based film ‘The Interview’, sources claim the studio is now reconsidering an upcoming Middle Eastern romantic comedy.

‘Holy Moly Jihad!’ was to be an “all-star romp” in which al-Qaeda boss Ayman Al-Zawahiri – played by Seth Rogan – and ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Bahdadi (James Franco) hook up at a jihadi training camp and, according to the production notes, “embark on a homoerotic and hysterical road trip with a group of Iraqi male strippers”.

But Hollywood insiders have now hinted that production on the film – which was also set to feature roles including a “transvestite former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad” and Bashar Assad as a “flamboyant backing dancer,” could now be on hold.

    Hollywood is now getting blowback from actual scary people. It should stick to its stock objects of its hate ridicule: Christians, especially Catholics, rich white folks, especially southerners, and conservatives.
