B.6.1 All SWS collective agreements under the conditions set out in this timetable, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the worker, must be submitted by the employer to the Fair Work Commission. (ii) at any time by a written agreement between the employer and the worker. (e) indicate the date on which the agreement entered into operation. 7.9 The termination provisions of paragraph 7.8(a) shall only apply to a contract entered into from the first full payment period beginning on or after 4 December 2013. A contract entered into before that date may be terminated under clause 7.8(a) with a period of four weeks. (f) In the event of termination of an annual wage agreement, the worker shall return to the rights to the bonus, unless a new annual wage agreement is concluded.
