In the spirit of pointless citizen journalism, we ask YOU the important questions of the day.
This week: The world’s most expensive cupcake, costing AED3,700 (and that’s without the gold tray and other bullshit), has just been unveiled in Dubai. What do YOU think about it? Is it humanity’s final sugary straw, or a really good thing?
This is exactly what we need. If Greece perhaps stopped smashing plates for one second and instead made the world’s most expensive greek salad or something, perhaps they wouldn’t be in this mess.
To be honest, I think it’s quite insensitive. Perhaps we could chop it into bits and send it to Africa or something. Actually, in the interests of transportation, perhaps it should be sent first and chopped up once there.
I just hope it’s gluten free.
