World proposes ban on Kuwaiti health minister Yousef Mindkar
Much of the world is considering proposals plans to ban the entry of people found to be Kuwaiti director of public health Yousuf Mindkar, it was reported yesterday.
Representatives of almost all nations across all continents will look into plans to introduce routine clinical screening of people coming their countries to help “detect” Kuwaiti director of public health Yousef Mindkar.
“We will look to take stricter measures to help us detect Yousef Mindkar, who will then be banned from entering any of our countries,” said a spokesperson. “Of course, we could just detect him via his passport or other ID, but we’re really keen to utterly demean him through a vigorous medical examination.”
