Disgraced Kuwaiti Blogger Blames Outrage on Racism, Her Own Abysmal Moral Code

Kuwaiti blogger and social media influencer Sondos Al Qattan has hit back at her critics, saying that the “foreign media campaign” against her is an attack on Kuwait, the Hijab and her own truly abhorrent sense of morality.

In a video shared widely on Twitter, Qattan said that the criticism of her remarks concerning legislation protecting the rights of Filipino domestic workers was an intentional effort to attack Kuwait, the Middle East and her own out-of-touch and largely disgraceful opinions that effectively promote modern day slavery.

In the video, she also asked why her critics had, in her view, expressed more outrage over her remarks than they have over the recent shortage of Shu Uemura Full Shimmer Illuminating Treatment Masque for colour-treated hair.
